Return Policy

The customer has a right to withdraw and may request a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery. Prior to returning a product for a refund or exchange, the customer must contact Mythology Watch at info@mythologywatch.com. The customer is responsible for returning the goods to Mythology Watch at their own expense within fourteen days of notifying Mythology Watch about their decision to withdraw.

All returned items must be in new, unused condition, complete, and in their original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned goods by Mythology Watch, the original purchase price will be refunded to the customer.

For exchanges, the new product will be sent upon receipt of the returned item. Damaged, incomplete, or soiled articles returned by the customer will not be accepted (if they cannot be resold) and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
